Nai Harn Beach – Phuket, Thailand

Nai Harn Beach, is the beach situated in the south of Phuket, about 1 kilometer away from Promthep cape, the famous sunset view point of the island. Nai Harn beach is a small beach with only 700 meters length. There’s no beach road like the busy one such as Patong. So it’s not too crowded.

There are quite a few 3-5 stars in the area. That makes it easy for you to find high end restaurants that perfect for your dinner date night. Plus there are many stand alone local restaurants you can choose to taste Thai and international cuisines.

One thing I enjoy when coming to this beach is, most time of the year there will be many yachts and sail boats are crusing, sailing and resting at this side as it’s not far from Chalong Pier. It’s absolutely fun to see those beautiful boats in the clear aquamarine water.

It was Sunday, we drove from Phuket town down to the south, took us only half an hour to get there.

Plenty of parking for both motorbikes and cars.

The day we visited, we had a bit of the cloudy sky but no rains. Overall of the day was great.

After we had settled well, hanging the hammocks. Then we were so ready to spend the whole afternoon in them.

It’s getting a bit sunny later. We stayed under the shade of the trees with cool breeze. Enjoy watching people having great time on the white sandy beach.

This is why we love living here in Phuket so much. You can just simply having a day on the beach and feel already like a mini-holiday you have after the long working week in town.

Of course it’s worth to have the hammock with you 🙂 tiyashammocks.com

After finishing the day, the sunset time is coming, you can either choose to stay just on the beach to enjoy the scene there with the beautiful boats on the background. Or you also can spare some little more time to go up to visit Promthep cape viewpoint for an absolute stunning sunset too. And that what we did to finish our another awesome Sunday.

Have a great day in Nai Harn Beach!
